Think of someone you love. It can be anyone—a loved one, family member, a friend, a pet, or even yourself. Visually imagine the thought of that person moving from your mind down into the area of your heart.

Holding your breath, you’ll imagine sending this person feelings of compassion, love, and gratitude.

Now, slowly exhaling, imagine releasing the visual of that person in your heart, going back up and out the top of your mind, releasing it out to the Universe.

As you breathe in, focus your awareness on feelings of gratitude, giving them loving awareness as you breathe out, breath out loving-kindness.

And then, with grace and gratitude, think of the person from your intention, sending loving awareness to them from your heart.
