Meditation Lesson:

When relationships go south, it’s easy to forget that there were two or more people involved in an agreement to share in each other’s journey for an unspecified period.

Losing sight of the fact that we were 50% of the relationship, we can quickly fall into the mindset of a victim – distracting ourselves from the truth of what truly happened in the relationship.

Courage is required when it comes to taking responsibility for our words, thoughts, and actions that aided in the demise of a relationship.

By embracing the past for what it was, acknowledging that we can’t change it, and take responsibility for the perceived mistakes we made, we can courageously move forward in life with awareness, gratitude, and appreciation for the lessons we learned in the relationship.
