The benefits of breathwork for healing on the body are frequently felt right away. During this 45-Minute Breathwork for Healing and Transformation you’ll experience:

  • Four rounds of rhythmic breathing followed by breath retentions.
  • Four rounds of breath retentions with two minute of an exhale retention and a two minutes of an inhale retention.
  • Finally, after the four rounds of deep breathing, you’ll go into a ten minute meditation.

Note: If you find this breathing exercise for relaxation difficult to do, especially during the inhale and exhale retention phases, or you believe it’s making you anxious, stop and try again another day. Build up your breathing and level of comfort over time.
